HyPEF’s second round of open consultations will open in early May and close on 31 May 2026, offering stakeholders a new opportunity to contribute to the refinement of the draft Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Product Environmental Footprint Category Rules (FCH-PEFCRs). Building on the progress made through earlier consultation activities and expert review, this phase will help further strengthen the draft document ahead of its finalisation.
To participate in the consultation, stakeholders must first sign up to the HyPEF Stakeholder Area. This dedicated space has been set up to support the consultation process and to provide access to the relevant documents and information needed to take part.
